Planview over the last two years has been moving as many positions over to India and laying off as many US based employees as they possibly can.

The CEO is the worst and thinks he is technical but is nothing more than snake oil salesman. The ELT is full of mediocre YES people who will not move the needle and would not be hired elsewhere
Yes, I know the CEO and your comment is spot on. It’s unfortunate. Planview was a great company to work for.
This is all part of the plan of the PE firms and the “new” CEO brought in to carry out the shift to India. The theory, of course, is that writing, testing, and deploying code is trivial and the work can easily be handed to a larger, but less expensive team who can just, I don’t know, learn all the old code through osmosis. Leadership is hard, marketing is hard, sales is hard, but programming - nah, trivial, anyone can do it. The CEO seems to be pretty narcissistic and clueless, but we’ll see.
