NVIDIA has become political, on a path to become like Intel, although not there yet.
There are toxic management gangs that "expel undesired people" despite technical competency (all "playing by the rules" and by a classic "gang committee" that confirms any made up false claim of bad performance). Camera team in Automotive is one concrete toxic place, constantly pooling among the worst.
AI Success wave might "hide" this for a while.
Operations is very heavy and they seem to have an army incompetent (oxymoron I know) of hr drones and recruiters.
Cut them back severely and hire better engineers or this fun ride is going to get very bumpy fast.
