Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Is it me or anyone has noticed that whole MCA in Wealth Org is a mess right now. They don’t hire people, but letting go people and now all the mess is left behind for some employees to fix…how can you fix things when you spend most of your days reading emails and being on zoom calls?? Someone gotta start looking into this and I guess they are betting that people really need money so they will work hard (not efficiently) to keep the boat float…
