On 1-18-24, we were told of layoff and that there was more to come from the director. Two months have passes, and we are still in limbo. Is this legal to keep us in the dark this long? So unprofessional and cruel.

If you feel like the axe is dropping, start running... Cencora is a dead fish. If is smells bad, its bad... Get Gone. Walgreens dumped them for a reason.
My role (US based developer type remote position) was identified as one to fill with a lower cost replacement (offshore) by Cencora Business Services. Management is not being very forthcoming with any information. About 1 month notice, 4 weeks severance.
Monday marks 60 days for ICS in Carrollton. Everyone is hoping this will be our last day.
