I couldn't agree more - what a shame to see managers like MH not understanding what TD's strength is and capitalizing on it at all. As long as he and his Oracle followers micromanage with their lack of empathy, we will never turn it around - unfortunately.
Get rid of them and install managers who are not megalomaniacs.
