...who told me she looks forward to working with uhc in the future. Hopefully the powers that be will get us on a different tack so that provider doesn't regret those words. It's hard to put on a good show for members and providers when you know what lurks below the surface

I have had different feedback, providers are not embracing UHC or Optum. They are clearing UHC/Optum marketing materials from their waiting rooms and clinics. Stating it is making staff and patients uncomfortable with all of the negative news associate Ed with them at this time.
