I did wonder why they split the U.K. from Europe and attached it to Norway. Wonder what will be sold off if anything from OFS. Seems like some PL don’t fit with the new system JC introduced.

TAQA is owned 54 % by the Public Investment Fund so financial backing may not be an issue. What TAQA will do with their current portfolio of companies who knows. PIF is financing RIA so TAQA buying Baker can happen. No surprise here. If it happens good luck to all who are still Baker employees.

It sure seems like we are being reorganized to fit someone else’s structure, wouldn’t surprise me if we are spun off but is TAQA big enough?

Well. Would be nice. I have a bunch of retention bonus stocks with restrictions that can’t be sold for another month. Would be perfect to have it jumped 30% then sell

TAQA would make sense, they need all of the services BH provides for Aramco.

This is not happening. Doesn’t make any sense to buy now. The way it is going…Just wait a few years to pay for scraps. There is nothing else to unlock value so why buy now. Market value is $38 and it’s at $34. Baker got sc--wed big time after the BHGE merger. Had to write of $16B in MC. What’s left now is not worth a premium.

OFS and IET will split - IET goes to Italian mafia and OFSE to Latin Mafia MCB ; then OFS will be sold to TAQA - they will all walk way with cash - good bye BH
