Congrats to Juniper on being recognized as one of the "Most Ethical Companies". Their 6th time being recognized. Kind of humorous with the rolling layoffs and decisions being made.

The Emperor's new clothes is a fable about believing or parroting BS despite what you see. The Emperor is na--d.
Emperor's new clothes will always hide the ugly emperor leading folks around to believe in the crown and jewels of the new cloth when only the insiders knows how ugly is the emperor himself :)
PS: worked for close to 12 years. Good riddance now:)
Organizations that award companies these fake awards are as unethical as the companies they represent. Best way to find out about a company, ask 5 current or past employees about their experience. If the majority come back with a negative view stay away. In Junipers case ask anyone who has had any real interaction with Junipers C-suite and you will hear the same thing, and ethical would not be a word that would come out of their mouth.
All these awards are pay to play -- marketing only. It not like there is some sort of scientifically rigorous analysis and process they go through. The standard is made up and the awards go to who buys them.
How are they scoring this? Clearly not by the mid tier executive ranks.
I must have misunderstood the word ethical then, as it doesn’t describe this place
Most ethical company with lot of insider trading. Yes
