Get ready! They’re gonna do another re-org. Not as big as reinvent, but jobs will be lost. It’s kinda ironic that they gave everyone a stake in the company to keep us around through 2025, and now they’re gonna lay people off. You are not important - the only thing that leadership cares about is major shareholders.
What does GC do actually? What does her day look like?

difficult to know what changes are coming up... morale remains super lower in UK .. I can't believe my whole reporting line until Murray is now external hires. bp losing its identity and hiring thrash.
