Nope. That is not a fair statement. Just someone with blinders that they are not aware of. Micron will overwork you for there key words like tenacity. You are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week and Micron will say that you are a highly compensated employee. As quoted from many micron employees that micron will tell you that they have given you a solid bar of gold. You just need to polish that tu-d enough and it will be gold. Nope it is still just a tu-d. Goooo tu-d.

I spent 12 years in Micron. Left for external opportunity. Got hired twice after that, without referrals. Now in FAANG.
