Thread regarding Optum layoffs

How can you get ahead of a layoff?

I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way for us to identify if we will be a part of a layoff in another post, someone said to look in secure, but that does not tell me anything.

My advice, focus on what's most meaningful to you. Providing for yourself and/or your family is important. The quality of your work is important. Where you work probably doesn't rank too high, at least I'd hope not. No matter where, or what, uhg does is out of our control so try to relax and enjoy the journey. We will survive
