I was a lonely audio CSR for exactly 7 months last year I came in after the layoffs and was fortunate not to get laid off in September everybody was very stressed about it
The manager said two things that made me get out ASAP within a month. We normally in spring and fall have lots and lots of overtime but they just pulled it without even any notice many of us counted on that money for Christmas during a team meeting one day she said It looks like GDL will be on the calls with us today and I said who is gdl..... Guadalajara! So that's where all our extra hours went to!
Then she tried to reassure everyone after the layoffs in September by saying that there will be no more layoffs this year I thought this year?? It's almost over!
I lucked out by the time of year and got a really nice job for the treat people decently although I am of course keeping both eyes open lol I'm so glad I'm out of there
