Vendors still provide more training for their employees. Citi is not ready to train its employee.
AI tools being implemented will take care of that. Github Copilot should probably reduce 10K to 15K of developers, outsourcing solutions will remove another chunk.
The market is heading towards this, NVIDIA CEO already said that AI will make computing programming a redundant skill, right or wrong the market will follow, Jane already bought into this.
