No mention of remote being classed as contract
It basically said on the 18th if you want to be remote you can REQUEST that and HR will REVIEW it. It can be denied if more than half your team is supposed to go to one specific office, or if you have bad performance (vague) or if you’ve been employed less than 3 years. And those who are not remote will have “advantages”
And a vague thing about remote being reclassed as contract.
