Gotta love that HES went to a corporate org, decided to take people who were great at their jobs and force them into roles they didn't know or want. HES leadership has zero clue, understanding, or ability to understand and manage their team appropriately and sensibly. Anybody good is jumping ship, we have lost multiple people with 10-15 yrs that were actually good to work with. And more are working on leaving. I can't wait for them to be replaced with yes men dbags who can't think critically and only know how to read a procedure. Corporate HES is rotting from the inside out and it starts towards the top.

The HES group in the EF is mostly great. They’ve got great leadership and a lot of common sense for most of the group. Su-ks for MRO if they leave, but they deserve better

There’s a few in the EF, some of which have been around for a long time. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a few more trickle out but most people are just talk with no action
If you can’t beat em’ join ‘em’. Throw a dart at the next company you think Marathon will overpay for, onboard there and get a big Ensign payday.
