After a disastrous reorg end of 2022 the execs are now back peddling and merging some of the business units. Email of lies saying the reorg was two years ago (it wasn’t) and customers have changed (they haven’t) rather than admitting they spaffed a load of money on the shysters that are McKinsey.
In short more layoffs. More lives ruined.
More staggering incompetence by Udit and his cronies. Wilmslow impacted this week (yes it’s weekly now).
Time to leave. Won’t be much left at this rate.

I would recommend that if you can go to another job, then leave, however the job market is becoming saturated with life science personnel, as other companies like Waters are letting ppl go. If you can ride it out and have time served, wait for a package.
Good luck to you all!
Udit out Udit out Udit out, time for him to go and and hire a CEO who cares.
How many?
When you lose the confidence/faith of an organization, you’re dead in the water. There is no coming back from the past four years - financially or reputationally. The only thing keeping them afloat is the stock price, but that’s a house of cards, hence the frequent layoffs (and stress for us).
