1 monthly salary x X full years you work for.
So you work 5years and 8 months you get 5 months salary gross.
You work 6years and 2 months you get 6months gross.
Upto 6 months. You work 20 years, you get 6 months.
Everywhere is the same - minimum 3 months, maximum 12 months, capped at the equivalent of the total comp of a director in middle office. Haha
