Employees are already being redeployed to jobs they would never want.
Response - does anyone else think they are regretting having redeployed a lot of people; and now they might have to hire people to help get the work caught up in all departments if they are not back up and running by April? Will they pull people back into their old roles rather than hire people and it can take months for them to learn the jobs? Will clients pull out if this goes on past March?
