To correct this sites DT "on not delisted.'
Sprinklr Inc. (NYSE:CXM) will replace Veradigm Inc. (NASD:MDRX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Monday, March 4. Veradigm will be suspended from the Nasdaq Stock Market on February 29 due to non-compliance with NASDAQ listing rules and is no longer eligible for continued inclusion in the S&P SmallCap 600.

Oh they most certainly DELISTED. not sure why it is thought a "option exchange" is only affected. options pertain to underlying assets commonly refered to as stocks.
If you are still planning to invest in Allscripts Healthcare check if it may still be traded through OTC markets such as Pink Sheets or OTC Bulletin Board. You may also purchase it directly from the company, but this is not always possible and may require contacting the company directly. Please note that delisted stocks are often considered to be more risky investments, as they are no longer subject to the same regulatory and reporting.

They are not yet delisted. Notice served, not executed. Only true for the options exchanges.
