We must change healthcare in this country

How can we tangibly change the trajectory of healthcare in the US? Is there a country system we should model? Which country has a low to modest GDP spend on healthcare with good outcomes?

In 2021, the U.S. spent 17.8 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) on health care, nearly twice as much as the average OECD country.
