There was a indian guy who sold 1 million in Mens suits a year then the commission was gone and they had to now pay him 35 dollars a hour.. He then became a target cause now made too much money a hour. So a manager had a "argument "with him and bam he's fired.. I've seen this pattern in almost every store where top sales people got the boot and replaced by nitwit kids who do not care.. It almost seemed like Macys did not want to sell anything and make money under Jeffs rule..
