Does anyone know if the people who lost their jobs in September will get the yearly March bonus?

Severance agreement says you are bonus eligible if you are on payroll after November 15th. Octobers were on payroll until December and bonus eligible. My bonus paid out. Maybe if you are leaving voluntarily, you need to be employed on the day the bonus pays out.
Isn't it in your contract that you have to be an employee on payout date? I thin our Oct-impacted employees here in California had a last employment date in February and thus we not eligible for bonus, but other geos may be luckier.
no deposit yet but you can see pay slips in the ADP app a day or so before it hits your account. I see an ADP slip for the 2nd half bonus.
I heard it depends on if your manager allocated any for you if you’re getting anything 🤷♀️
Based on paperwork I think we’re eligible. Typically deposits drop into my account a day early since I have usaa but nothing yet this morning. Has anyone received a deposit yet? I’m not hopeful of anything but it would sure be helpful!
it hasn't hit yet, but I see and ADP slip for the 2nd half bonus. I was October. Hopefully others have the same good fortune.
I believe they were funded at 100%.
I knew I was eligible for a bonus because my severance paperwork said so. I reached out to my manager and gave him the heads-up. He reached out later and told me the amount. Unlike when I was employed, he had no say in the amount. It is the lowest bonus I have ever received, but it is better than nothing. I also cannot speak to if bonuses were lower across the board or not.
did your manager reached out to you about this? In the same layoff boat and eligible for it - I haven't heard my manager say anything.
How do you know the amount? What % did they actually give you? I think it is funded at 100%
If you were on the payroll as of November 15, you are eligible for a bonus. So, that applies to the October and December lay-offs. I was in the December group and I am getting one next week and even know the amount.
you are kidding right? Ofcourse not.
That is not true. For those impacted in October, you had to be on payroll as of Nov 15 to be eligible for a bonus. It doesn’t mean they allocated anything, but you are eligible
You have to be on the payroll the day the payout happens. For those affected this week and were expecting a bonus payout, they are SOL.
