I've heard rumblings that John Schlifske was in an extramarital relationship with the Learnvest CEO when they made that doomed acquisition. Not to spread rumors but this guy does seem like a creep and that whole situation had a very shady feel to it. Curious why NM would make such a huge financial commitment to buy a company then drop it in just a couple years.
