It’s all part of their plan. Union foolishly signed off on the agreement to allow 12 hour shifts. Mutual agreement doesn’t mean we’ll get to vote on it down the road like they want us to believe. If we don’t vote it in then they’ll force it on us with carrier saying we’ll furlough more unless we go to it. Union will step in and make a “mutual” decision for us.

12 hour shifts cannot be forced. wasn't written in a manner to where carrier can do so.
