Go to global directory, if you see iuo.citi you can bet they been laid off and on garden leave which most were notified back in jan. Or if you see their functional citi business title but not their new named function title moving forward they are on chopping block to be laid off or moved and consolidated or disappear I to thin air. Like example you see operational risk exec group manager-C15 but not Wealth Operations or something like that, then you know, at least for c16 and c15s. If u see a dash c16, c15, c14 and etc then you on chopping block. Many laid off now have iuo in email meaning for only external email communications, I think. Like you can't get internal emails.

If all of a sudden email is bounced back with "Mailbox Full" or "Presence Unknown", good indication. Also organization structure would be blank.
iuo = internal unit only I believe, meaning they don’t have capability to communicate outside of Citi email addresses. Phone agents and such have this designation, so not a sign of impending layoff.
I am really concerned why my previous post id started with iuo … @iuo+1roqIJqE
I see lot of people with iou. That only means that they don’t have external email access.
I’m a c13 and I just checked several dozen people and we all have the dash. Directors and MDs did not though. But virtually all people under their SVP for each director had the dash. I don’t think that part is accurate.
Your observations are good. But title changes doesn't means "will be laid off". It just means a person could under go org-changes or will incur a title update.
The IUO part is true, but only for people who have been formally notified and whose departure has been announced "publicly." The rest of your information is incorrect. I saw one MD employee, for example, with IUO in her email address, but her title information appears normal/fine. I do not think there is any way, based on the Global Directory, to know who is about to be notified that their position is gone.
