Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Anyone else get sc--wed on year-end total comp?

This company can go f itself! Received my year-end performance review. Performance was strong; however, total compensation…LESS THAN ONE PERCENT!!! I will now do the absolute minimum and CVS/Aetna can shove the “Best in class” bull cr-p! F U CVS!!!

Got my review today. Not a bad raise as far as raises go for my department best one I think I ever got. However it doesn’t kick in until 3/31? Will I even see any of it? Will I be let go before then? Wish they’d just make up their minds already!

I wish this company goes down the drain :) reviews are just a joke and the 1% hike is just intimidating.

I'm on the bandwagon for the MPME club minimal pay = minimal effort. Tired of busting my tail to be treated like dirt.

I’m so happy that I quit working for this sh---y company. Doesn’t sound that things have gotten any better, only worse…

I believe it's called delusions of grandeur that the the town hall speakers and our corp. execs are experiencing. I've yet to talk with a fellow colleague who is currently happy here.

Who fills out these company surveys? I am on the town hall and you would think the employees love working here???? I think they rigged the survey. These so called leader’s are completely clueless. Brian might be the worst I have seen yet and I have been here over 20 years.

Pretty much came to realise a few years ago they give the same or about the same to everyone. Bust your but or stare at the ceiling all day. Pretty much how it has been. Some of us Found that out and well……some of our fingers just don’t fly quite as fast as they used to sadly.

Yep, time to consider a union for both clinicians and non-clinicians. Listening to the Aetna Town Hall meeting right now and the executives are just spewing a lot of bs, as usual. If they're so "proud" of us, f'ing show it in our paychecks! I'll join you in minimal pay increases = minimal effort.
