I spoke to my manager who is mid level and she mentioned the COO looking to get the organization structure finalized by the start of the next fiscal year. There wasn’t any specific news but a likely chance of another final RIF as the org structure is changed and downsized. Apparently the COO is looking at aggressively consolidating the business and moving away from the >10 orgs
