What’s the deal? Are they going to finish rolling this out? They held off in Q4 for the remaining stores and haven’t said a peep since. Do we need them? Are they going away? Anyone hear words?

They are here to replace the merchandise service asm.
Vendors pay for MST salaries. I can't help but wonder if some red vests will be moved over to them and a skeleton crew of red vests on the sales floor. I don't know, but something is not right. If Lowes can get more vendors to pay workers salaries then that is more profit for the upper levels and shareholders. It's sad because our MST bust butts and all our red vests do is walk around talking with their buddies.
They should of never got rid of the DQC position this mst asm role is horrible! Being stuck between and store manager and a dmmsm is horrid!
Sounds like an unnecessary layer of management within the stores
