I found out yesterday that my boss is leaving at the end of the month of their own accord. Simple fact as others have said:
Make money; Tan likes you.
Don't make money; don't let the door knob hit you where the good lord split you on your way out.
I was hoping for a perm position to open up but was told yesterday that will never happen. I appreciate the honesty. Now I can look for a new role with new focus and drive.
