Arise layed-off about 1/3 of their US staff in 2023 and included their CEO. The new CEO is from India and they have replaced some of the US staff positions with new employees in India. They recently announced a voluntary layoff to release another 25 US employees by this April. Most US employees expect the remaining US staff to be layed-off before 12/31/2025. Sad news.
