Is the sales comp plan cap at 135% so double OTE based on 3x accelerator or 200% so 4 x OTE ...any guidance appreciated

Highest you can reach is 200% in total and that's only if you hit the profit percentage. Very low chance anyone gets that, maybe 5% of people.
Why are you asking this in a rant forum full of bitter individuals? Just ask your Manager to explain.
