Does anyone have word on next round of cuts and what regions?
UK sales region and not hearing much.
Seems to be they are cutting commision to push us out but would like peoples thoughts.
Happy to go if getting a payout as the its a toxic place to work the last year or so.

@3zog+1rldroY7 Just as my anxiety was reducing I read this. Any ETA on when those are taking place? Is this across all of CQ org?
April/May will be another batch. Then August will be the big culling of people bucking hybrid. The cuts aint stopping until we get to ~100k
Names have been submitted up the chain for Professional Services. There are cuts coming for that org.
Some of us who are Employees and Stock Holders are very happy this weekend. A $29 bump in stock price is a very good thing.
even with the dell discounts I went to apple.
laid off took everything in my house that says dell pi---d on it and put it in the dumpster and replaced it with competitors.
Hopefully my side of the business is next to get hit. I’m ready to go at this point as I was promised I would be safe if I moved away from my home office and now I’m being betrayed.. it would cost me thousands and thousands to relocate. I’m ready to go. I’m not quitting.. they can pay me.

If the shareholders only knew the BS.
FRS is next which will be another round of top brass patting each other on the back and how AI is the future then comes the kickoffs which will be an in person load of cr-p.Then we have the presidents club for the rare few hitting targets and all the whill no pay rises or job security.
Management have no clue.
And before Tell Dell is mentioned its a waste of time.
I wish they would hurry up. Been waiting for the ticket out of here half a year now!
