Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

I'm hoping for layoffs

At least while there's still a chance of getting severance. The way things have been going, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a point down the road when the company decides it's done with giving severance. It's not required by law, so they can do whatever they please.

What % of employees were RIF’d in Ann Arbor area since consolidating the different offices (since 2015 or so) - anyone know?

As for not giving severance to employees, (particularly long-term employees), that would be really a rotten thing to do, but incorporate America. I wouldn’t put anything past them.
