Manager took a trip out of the blue to HQ today, a bit foreboding..
How many cuts in total for this round?
Never a good idea for those not aware of the value of DDAT (digital data and technology) to make staffing decisions on appropriate levels for that team.
Especially when the stated focus is greater efficiency from this organization.
Nice timing with Employee Appreciation and "Helping with Heart"...what a joke!
Omg, which depart what position?
Just got laid off today (DDAT)
DDAT started layoff of middle management and lead director positions today. Most will be around until May.
heard nothing from DDAT in aetna. Our team is actually hiring…
Vision/Dental will be heavily impacted
Terrible
Management told the Omnicare census/billing teams back on February 1st that layoffs were coming in March to most likely be effective in April - promising a 30-day notice to employees. This was due to all of the overseas outsourcing they did for these jobs at the end of last year. Those workers are expected to be up to par and ready to take over the census teams work. Those are the only departments that I am aware of. Good luck everybody.
Lovely. News to many…… go on and thank you.
Specify department or team..Simply mentioning my/our department do not help anyone
CVS has 300k employees so which areas?
really. let us know which departments are affected. dont just post randomly. it doesnt help anyone here.
Our department was told notices would come around mid-March, with exit dates early April. Since they like to wrap up on two-week pay periods, I'm guessing many of us will get the boot for March 29 or April 12.
Only a guess, but I would think it will be the 14th & 15th. That coincides with a pay date and makes the severance schedules line up.
Middle management is going to have a big Surprise
No layoff for my department. There big positive thing coming through
Wait in suspense like every other day. Worst company ever
Think we'll get to wait in suspense again?
