If you work at WD, you know the title of this thread is one letter too long. Our Chief People Officer goes by first name only in any email we receive. She has elevated herself to rock star level of Madonna or Cher (or maybe Prince for all I know). She's just like the rest of us, except for the pedestal she puts herself on of course. We're all equal except we're not. I want my emails to hit your inbox as just "Fred".

Funny how people are so brave on an an anonymous forum but worried that their questions in public will get them in trouble.

What makes it doubly funny is people thinking that their questions in an all hands are so powerful that executives will care and retaliate. It’s all just self aggrandizement.

Careful asking "anonomous" tough questions in town halls. ELT knows, and works with HR, legal, and ethics teams blessing to remove them. The only people who questioners are anonomous to is other employees.
