So Boeing is looking to buy Spirit Aerospace. They can't control their "own" factories production and quality. And another thing, move "all" production (and management) back to Seattle where people know how to build commercial aircraft like they have for over 60 years!

Quinn Boeing sold Wichita. They only agreed to buy it if they were promised long-term contracts as a result, Spirit puts their least experienced people in that building.
Absolutely right!
But the inside suite talk is that Boeing plans to use this as PR spin that they moving to improve quality and safety...to get a stock price boost. But we know that the blown out door was caused solely by Boeing because they removed it and then didn't install the bolts after replacing it. And if you can't manage quality in your own company...good luck trying to do this in a company you just purchased.
I imagine Spirit Aerospace employees will be bailing out as quick as they can if it happens. No one wants to work under corrupt Boeing leadership.
They need this piece to leverage their upcoming big breakup. Some analyst predicted this correctly several months ago.
Maybe
