Today a lot of good people are leaving VMware in the UK. These are the roles deemed not required by Broadcom.
On the 16th March those who did not accept there new contracts on "different" terms leave.

Total leaving by 16th March is just under 600.
In the consultation it was about 30%. So 300 laid off in the UK. Now, people who didn't accept there new contracts created voids in there teams. I know of a few people who were told they were to be laid off, than got a job offer later. Essentially, back filling the person who will leave on the 16th.
So best guess 250-300 people now.
