Give the little guy a break.
Early AI and robotics have themselves alot of flaws.

I don’t like the guy. He and his predecessors are responsible for lying and creating doubts for the climate change. They are among those responsible that the problem cannot be solved by 2050 and probably not even 2100.
And yes, he has created a super negative culture within the company.
Yet, the main message is true: green transition IS expensive. We need to pay for it.

I'm not an XOM employee, but I have to admit he gave a decent interview. He's not very personable or likeable but he made several intelligent points.

The dirty little secret is that this guy and others like him within the company has mis-managed what used to be great company and drove it into the ground. At the heart of a company is its people. When you start shedding your best people and because they tell you the brutal truths and not what you want to hear, that is the problem. The company is full of incompetent middle manager who have no ability to manage work they don’t understand. Jobs are being offshored and people being squeezed.
