NGC just the beginning of layoffs

More layoffs are coming. All NGC is slowing down hiring. Not replacing people that are leaving so they will not layoff people but will shrunk through attrition.

This is just the beginning!

Heard another wave coming in July-August.

First no more coffee (the machines were so convenient when first installed). Now no more water - the 5 gallon ju-s.

Wonder what's next

Sentinel is audited for overspending and asked to slowed down. Several Sentinel openings were closed.

After NGI loss, we will have another shock wave for Sentinel and more layoffs coming.

With the loss of NGI the Launch Vehicles division is looking at a big loss on revenue and will be having layoffs soon. Management hasn't given specifics but it will likely affect most of all departments within the business unit.

Can confirm. I’ve had multiple interviews and the rejection emails aren’t that they went with another candidate. It’s that the position has been eliminated.

NGC to overload their employees with work then short change them on raises and promotions to increase attrition. Cheaper than having to pay them severance!
