The new president has decimated staff with firings, layoffs, and the sudden ending of contracts. He has then installed his cronies in these positions, bypassing what seems to be more qualified people. It appears that he is rebuilding the college into his own personal fiefdom, complete with a petty power-hungry lord designated as head. I pity the remaining staff and the students, as this president is ruining the college and will destroy many lives in the process.
