I am below C15 level. Other than performance, what factors would be considered to sort out people?

If you are a C15 then you are already safe since we are on phase 4 now. You probably have been brought into meetings about phase 4. I don’t know if you are trolling or what
If you’re in the wrong role for the reorg.
- Your project cost
- Your project requirements / value - if it is Internal and cost center
- Your manager liking you or not
- Your manager's favorites liking you or not
- Your second line manager likes you or not (atleast know your name?)
- Return to office (atleast visit office twice a week)
- Show your presence in Zoom Meetings only. Don't work.
