what are the criteria for layoff

I am below C15 level. Other than performance, what factors would be considered to sort out people?

If you are a C15 then you are already safe since we are on phase 4 now. You probably have been brought into meetings about phase 4. I don’t know if you are trolling or what

  1. Your project cost
  2. Your project requirements / value - if it is Internal and cost center
  3. Your manager liking you or not
  4. Your manager's favorites liking you or not
  5. Your second line manager likes you or not (atleast know your name?)
  6. Return to office (atleast visit office twice a week)
  7. Show your presence in Zoom Meetings only. Don't work.
