I heard from a reliable source we are seeing 5%-10% workforce reduction at these two sites by the end of Q1/start of Q2. Can anyone confirm?

Checked numerous states warn notice such as FL but haven't seen anything yet. I'm sure they could get out of providing a notice if they really wanted to though, besides having to pay 60 days pay.
