I would argue that Teradata is worse off now than when SM started.
Anyone with talent was Laid off to juice the stock price. The people they were replaced with were lower level with a preference for DEI not skills or ability.
Now even the lower level talent is jumping ship as Teradata starts sinking further and further into a death spiral.
Lawyers going after ELT because of misleading earnings call statements is icing on the cake.
Is there any other ways SM can fail? Maybe a s-xual harassment lawsuit?

Not one ELT member or board of directors has bought stock in the company in years.
They all just continue to cash out and get more options. When are they going to be held accountable and get paid based on performance.
