What a bunch of nonsense...
As you may be aware, the new owners of the headquarters (HQ) building in Boca Raton began publicizing modifications to accommodate current and future business plans for prospective tenants. As a result of these planned changes, our HQ workspace is going to be centralized during the next few months, with plans for The ODP Corporation to occupy the entire center building.
This centralization of our workspace is good news as it provides an opportunity to expand collaboration for our South Florida-based associates by further evolving our existing hybrid work model. As part of this evolution, beginning in Q3, associates residing within a 30-mile radius of the Boca Raton HQ will be identified to work from the office a minimum of 8 days per month, or 2 days per week, as designated by their Executive Leadership Team (ELT) leader for optimal in-person collaboration.
