Looks like this was posted on WARN site. Does it mean those who get laid off in March won’t receive 60/90 notice period?

Heard 2 dates for layoff. March 1st week and March last week. Not sure which is right.

So then no 90 day non working period with pay. Just Severence.

But glad the notices are for only 300. So the remainder of the 5k ( or whatever is left of that #) will come from other sites

It's not just NY we have been told for sometime that a company-wide "restructuring" layoff was coming either end of February beginning of March. The source is a Managing Director
