Yes it isn't about money for some who decide to stay on with BC ( a gazillion amount of RSUs dont mean a thing unless vested).. but some do genuinely want to stay on and make meaningful contributions and add value..but what does the future hold? Place your bets people...Bleak or Bright??

The company has no interest in you making meaningful contributions or adding value.
They want clock punchers who do what is needed- as cheaply as they can- while the higher ups extract maximum value for minimum input.
