I also received unexpectedly bigger bonus and lower than usual raise 2.5%. This makes me a bit worrying, what if they decided to make my farewell less painful?
Nice bonus and an insult merit increase with Bidenflation at 8% and rumors of sell offs. Giving serious thought to walking out the door Friday after I get my check.
Mine paid out 100% rather than the promised 140%. So, $10k short pre-tax. Anyone else experience the same?
Bonus payout is late; typical was first March pay period. That plus no LTI stock award this year either. Definitely time to go job shopping.
Yea, many if not most are looking to leave. Baker is garbage, if you’re in a position to milk it then good for you. If your young and ambitious, get out now.

Cos thats how it works. Boy, are you in for a shock when that day arrives. They cannot get rid of you fast enough, trust me.
They should have dangled that carrot for longer. Payout should have been in September so that a lot of folks would have been stuck here waiting for that for longer.
