I'm so sick of seeing the word transformation. it's a joke at this point, we all know transformation actually means offshoring and layoffs.

they want you to "Transform" into an employee for another company
I for one do not care what happens after I’m gone. The company I gave numerous years of service and dedication too no longer exists. They don’t want that person anymore, the want someone who they can pay cheaper to do it.
It’s amazing how tone deaf corporate leaders can be. Nobody employed at Nielsen or anywhere else cares about the future of the company “in a hundred years” or whatever it is that Karthik keeps saying. People care about their paycheck and own quality of life that’s it. Companies have zero loyalty to their employees, so employees should have zero loyalty to them.
Personally I don’t care what happens to Nielsen after I’m gone and it’s wild to me that there are employees here that actually do.
