This company is horribly mismanaged. Put aside the treatment of employees and constant layoffs. Now think about these poorly designed cuts and layoffs and how they affect the company as a whole. This debacle with cyber security is just one visible example. There are so many smaller or less visible things with negative impact happening every day.

Too many Assistant Directors and Directors. Way too many. And they do a managers job.
OGA is a cluster. I’ve had to deal with them frequently in my job. Clue-free, huge amount of turnover offshore, constantly reorganizing and switching leaders in and out. Puerto Rico wasn’t cheap enough for them apparently.
It amazes me greatly that companies such as UHG are letting go of employees who are earning a relatively decent income. I'm hoping management picks this up fast and isn't just focused on increasing revenue and cutting expenses. Greed never fails to ki-l.
Indeed!! How they managed entire migration with so many secrets between OGA and CH Employees. It is bizzare.!! Rediculous on all way. they only care about Profits and how to get niche of money from this govemennt. Now with this Outage mess. It is going to be insane frustration among all of the Employees and Management. There will be many Resignations under way for sure..
