I'm getting annoyed at having to do other people's jobs just because they're quiet quitting to protest the company. I understand Qlik is no longer a great place to work for and people are losing motivation, but leaving your work for somebody else to do is not harming the company but your coworkers. I wish more people would realize that.

If people are not doing their jobs, that is not quiet quitting. Quiet quitting is doing the minimum needed for your position. So you are still working and accomplishing tasks. Just not going above and beyond what is required for your position.
You don't work for others but for yourself.
Staying behind for your coworkers makes no sense to me.
High tech is not a commune.
Blame the company and their ability to retain their employees, not your co-workers.
